SLAER

Slaer began life in the fabled city of Atlantis in about 12,600 BCE.  He rose to be High Commander Kildaran Slaer with a wife named Shumi and son named Roart. He sailed with an army to Greece to conquer them into proper servitude when a Greek King named Actaeus stabbed him.  Before dying, Actaeus cursed him to be reborn and experience the pain he inflicted on the Greeks.  Through a cataclysm, Atlantis was destroyed along with Slaer’s family.  His final thoughts were of Actaeus and his silly curse.

But a real curse it was, for Slaer found himself in the body of a dead man seven times.  He brought them to life and tried to improve on their accomplishments.  When would it end?  Being killed over and over, only to be reborn in the future, lost its appeal.
